APPELLATION VINIFICATION Harvest of grapes at aromatic and phenolic maturity, gentle extraction in order to respect the fruity character of the grapes and limit ourselves to gentle extraction of tannins, pre-fermentation cold maceration. Thermoregulated fermentation, 24°C/26°C. Post-fermentation maceration 7 days. TASTING NOTES This wine, with a pale red color, reveals a soft nose full of red fruits and a slightly acid mouth with some vegetal notes. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING SUGGESTION This light wine will go perfectly with roast chicken, pizza or a cheese platter.
