Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz.
Winemaking: For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Cabriz Reserve Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 10 days along with a skin maceration. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 9 months until bottling where it remained 6 months until its commercialization. Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz.
Intense ruby color. Notes of balsamic, ripe wild berries with a floral on the nose. Fruity taste, soft, elegant and lingering finish.
