New York Times Give this one a bit of extra attention, and let it unfold its complex mix of fig, chocolate, and charred coffee beans. At first, it may seem that the astringent tannins override all else, but with air the wine opens up gracefully. It's stylistically in tune with the better Syrahs from Canada's Okanagan valley.
