Fillaboa Albarino Seleccion 2019

The 2019 Selección Finca Monte Alto was selected from one of their best plots that was planted trellised in 1988. It fermented in stainless steel, and malolactic was blocked to keep the freshness and aromatic profile of the variety; it was kept with the lees in stainless steel for 24 months. It's serious and balanced, a little shy and austere, with a dry palate with tasty flavors and very good freshness.
