Viña la Ronciere began in 1949 with the Orueta family’s dedication to making high quality wines. Operating throughout Chile’s Central Valley with 740 acres under vine, the family has remained focused on small, controlled productions without industrialization.
Nature by La Ronciere uses the traditional méthode champenoise to produce an elegant, fresh, and seductively acidic sparkling wine. The vines are grown in the shadows of volcanoes giving the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir a unique and aromatic complexity.
The elegant and silky bubbles are laced with aromas of peach and pineapple. Barrel toast, bread, and caramel linger on the finish.
You can drink this wine with just about anything that is salty, fried or fishy and it will be magic. It’s a great aperitif, but it can be enjoyed with your main course as well!
50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Fermentation occurs in barrel over 6 months prior to second fermentation in bottle.
