Regans' Orange Bitters No 6

Cocktail historian Gary "Gaz" Regan concocted his Orange Bitters when he couldn't find any to his liking. Made with orange zest, cardamom, cinchona, caraway, coriander, gentian, quassia, and other herbs and spices, these bitters work fabulously in Manhattans and Sazeracs, and a dry Martini will only benefit from a few dashes.
