Red Tail Ridge Riesling Pet Nat, Finger Lakes 2021

Tropical aromatics of kaffir lime and pineapple are elevated by a strong mineral backbone. The mousse on this bottle was frothy and playful with a long-lasting structure. On the palate a bold acidity highlights flavors of citrus, golden delicious apples, and nectarine. A clean and zippy finish is brightened by ever so faint hints of sweetness. Every bottle will vary due to the non-interventionist winemaking process of pét-nat.
