To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we may either require a receipt or reserve the right to decline a return or exchange in certain situations.

BottleHouse must be notified within 30 days from date of the in-store purchase or 30 days from date of delivery.

If you suspect the bottle is bad, simply put the cork back in the bottle and leave the wine in as well; we will not take back any empty bottles.

*Due to the sensitive nature of most products, refunds will be issued in store credit on all alcoholic beverages. Thank you for understanding.
