Benjamin Romeo 'Predicador' Blanco 2020

The 2020 Predicador Blanco comes from a cooler year and was produced with a blend of 38% Viura, 38% Malvasía and 24% Garnacha Blanca that fermented in barrel where the wine matured for 10 months. The wine feels fresh and balanced, with more of everything compared to the 2019 I tasted next to it. It's floral and fresh and has nice volume and texture with rich flavors and a long, dry finish.
