Château Falfas 2011 is a biodynamic wine very expressive. It presents a beautiful bouquet of aromas and a structure which insures it a good potential of aging (at least 10 years). An excellent wine rewarded every year."

Winemaking : the vineyards of 35 years old was harvested October 1st. Light pressing before putting in tank, total destemming and cold maceration during 48 hours to extract the aromas and the tannins. Alcoholic fermentation (native yeasts) during 7 days in tanks with controlled temperatures (25-30°C). Maceration during 3 weeks with malolactic transformation in tank before first assembly.
