Grapes: We source our fruit from several of the finest vineyards in the Willamette Valley, it is this combination of grapes from a variety of appellations that creates a wine that is broad and complex with many layers.
Wine: The 2018 vintage was a hot dry summer but with timely rains
and cooler temperatures in early fall led to lovely fruit and potentially great wines. The 2018 Bottoms Up is predominantly Riesling with equal parts Muller Thurgau, Pinot Blanc and Gewurztraminer playing a small supporting role. Chin-dripping peaches, aromatic citrus, great acidity, and just a kiss of sweetness.
