Domaine de la Paturie Chardonnay "Coeur de Loups" 2019
Availability: | In stock (6) |
The Domaine de la Pâturie was planted in 1974 at the instigation of Albert Demard, curator of the Champlitte museum.
Champlitte, remarkable village of Haute-Saône, in Franche-Comté, on the borders of Champagne and Burgundy, land of winegrowers.
In April 2017, the Joyandet family, originally from the village, took up the torch.
Planted in one piece, at a place called La Pâturie, facing south-east, on hillsides, the 19-hectare vineyard seduces and aspires to achieve the best there is.
Nestled on a rich and complex limestone soil, this forty-year-old 3-hectare plot expresses its terroir with precision and character.
