Hatton Daniels Philip French Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2017

The 2017 Phillip French Vineyard Cabernet is one of the most exotic Cabernets we have made to date. Lighter than most Napa Cab, yet with plenty of density and structure, this is a wine built for the long haul, that will age 10-15 years with no problem. At this young stage it shows plenty of fresh black currant and berry notes, with a mineral streak. Like all wines in this release, it is made with no additives or sulfur.
