A vermouth designed by Gian Luigi Orsolani, winemaker and "ambassador" of Erbaluce, to be combined with chocolate desserts and who makes it in a first run of a few hundred bottles, tying it to Ettore Fila's Wool and chocolate project and in particular to his Biella canestrellini, prepared by hand according to the original nineteenth-century recipe.
