Long maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature with ageing in steel tanks. Bottle ageing.
Deep ruby red colour. Vinous aroma, with characteristic hints of violets, well combined with a a ripe cherrie bouquet. Harmonious, slightly tannic, with a pleasant aftertaste.
