Italian Pilsner brewed with Mediterranean-grown heirloom Pilsner Malt. Hopped with Perle, Select, and Saphir. Lightly dry-hopped with Saphir. Mildly bitter with lots of Noble aroma and light malt backbone with notes of crackers and honey. Spunded to carbonate naturally.
